Old letter from Jeannette about the 2034 Bucklin family reunion. I wonder if it’s still happening.
I bought my first 2 horses from the Bucklin’s. One from Mr. Roy and the other from Jeanette. More horses were to follow as time went on. As a child, I have fond memories of Mr Roy on horse back riding everywhere that horse could take. I also remember going with my dad and drinking some rather strong coffee as we sat in the kitchen visiting. They were wonderful people. Jeanette was a dear friend and she would often come out to the farm and sit in the horse pasture just watching them. On occasion she would bring her mom with her after Mr Roy passed away. Thank you for posting this. It brought back fond memories of both the family and my dad.
